Design concept:

Cross the green spectrum to form the location of three demand plates; Run through the central axis, integrate the ecological level and guide the ecological framework.

Horizontal and vertical interweaving to realize the weaving of various elements of "industry, city, happy living and living" to form a green spectrum and create a model for people's enjoyment.

Design vision:

A city of vitality - with a composite experiential business group, drive and activate the surrounding regional economy, build a "micro travel" destination in Beijing by the Dongsha River, fill the gap of the first-class business district in northern Beijing and stimulate the vitality of the area.

City of intellectual property - focus on Changping advantageous industries such as wisdom, technology, biology and finance, introduce COFCO group and partner resources, build a wisdom + model, and break the design idea of traditional industrial new town.

Park City - take advantage of Mangshan Mountain, Dongsha River and other natural resources to improve the urban ecological framework and build a Harmonious Green Park City of Commerce, industry and housing.
